Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. My Instagram account @annephung is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my life in general, my good and bad days. My family relocated to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. My life was set out for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. My goal was to go to university after graduation, and then find a corporate job. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and have kids. However, life was not so sure. When I was in 2013, I started anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessIt was that I was throwing my life away for a paycheck but I knew that I had a destiny. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. In the coaching industry I'm determined to change the world by providing quality training to aid others to become healthier and more content. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they can achieve their goals, pursue their dreams and live your life to the fullest. While my career was taking flight, I lost my mother. It was the hardest of everything. She won her eight year struggle with scleroderma, and now rests in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart at all times. We can learn a lot from the world, even if we might not be able to recognize it right now. There are many ways that my mother's passing changed me. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to start her new journey. I was given a second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living now and not merely existing like I did in the past. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences as well as my words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. It is possible to achieving anything you want to. Therapy is necessary as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. As death is all there is in this world, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
